Bridal shower brunching went to a "hole" new level at this Donut themed celebration. Our bride, with a major a sweet tooth and love of donuts, gave us an opportunity to design a elegant, yet fun shower.
Hole In One
DONUT BRIDAL SHOWER
Celebrations / Published: SEP-05-2018
On the majestic front lawn of a relative's estate, our team went to work building a blush and gold, late spring extravaganza. Twelve foot tall, organza draped pole towers, going with swags of Swiss satin ribbons, encircled the party zone and provided flair from a distance. Guests dined on a custom menu, decadent brunch at square tables, draped in thick powder gray paisley patterned linens. The blush linen napkins were rolled to create a lifted level to hold Bridal Bingo game cards.
Their place settings were adorned with gold rimmed glass chargers, topped with French antique patterned china, gold flatware, gold rimmed stemware and blush, vintage water goblets. The coordinating bread plate was home for the favor of a shower themed bath bomb and body cream.
All of the guests tables faced one direction and boasted lush waterfall floral arrangements spilling over the fronts. Hydrangea, peonies, garden roses, ranunculus, spray roses, Queen Anne's Lace, scabiosa, viburnum, delphinium and larkspur came together to create a European elegant floral-scape through out the sprawling lawn. Each guest table was shaded with a market umbrella that was cloaked in a floral, draping arrangement.
The wonderful gift wrap was custom done by RSVP Style in Fresno, CA as well as the beautiful wrapping paper! The gold frame, vase and glass crown jar can also be purchased from RSVP Style in store or online!

The "piece de resistance" was the dessert cabana. This twelve foot tall draped round structure created a "room" of plethora of sugar and artwork! The custom made gold trimmed mirrored donut wall teased guests during the seated brunch, enticing all to enter. A vintage round table was staged with oodles and oodles of donuts, from heart shaped mini to the couple's hashtag #Maliburrough made out of custom lettered donuts. Other treats were mixed in, including blush and deep pink, gold foil brushed French macaroons. Guests enjoyed their sweets in a lounge area, created from taupe linen sofas and golden baroque coffee tables, while the bride-to-be opened her gifts.
Cheers to a "Hole in One" fabulous event!
